Credit Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain discipline and qualifications of the branches of credit
  • Provide recommendations to the Branch Manager Credit
  • Conduct field verification and conduct a review of credit applications in accordance with applicable policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Education Min. D3, GPA Min 2.75, 1-2 years working experience in the field of credit / banking operations
  • Education Min. S1 Fresh Graduate, Min GPA 2.75
  • Age Max. 30 years
  • Have high integrity
  • Master the language and local culture
  • Mastering use Ms Office, Excel and Word

Placement areas:
  • Palangka Raya, Sampit, Ampah, Kuala Kapuas, Muara Teweh and Pangkalan Bun

Relationship Officer Training Program

Responsibilities:
  • Finding new customers and managing portfolio
  • Maintaining good relations with customers

Requirements:
  • Education Min. D3
  • GPA Min. 2.75
  • Age Max. 28 years
  • Have high integrity
  • Mastering the language and local culture
  • Mastering use Ms office, Excel and Word
  • Able to establish communication and easy to get along
  • Experience is preferred
  • Strongly oriented towards the target and liked the field work

Operation Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the disbursement of credit to accurately and timely
  • Maintain the smooth operations and compliance processes in or outside the branch and branch

Requirements:
  • Education Min. D3
  • GPA Min. 2.75
  • Age Max. 30 years
  • Have high integrity
  • Mastering the language and local culture
  • Mastering MS Office, Excel and Word
  • Preferably have experience as a teller for 3 years

Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Leading the unit, which consists of 11-15 staff
  • Build a Healthy Organization
  • Ensuring Operational branch run smoothly and in accordance with the procedures and policies
  • Conduct a study of credit and making credit decisions according to the authority
  • Building a healthy business portfolio

Requirements:
  • Education Min. S1
  • GPA Min. 2.75
  • Age Max. 30 years
  • Have high integrity
  • Master the language and local culture
  • Mastering Ms Office, Excel and Word
  • Preferred experience in similar position for 2 years, a good track record / 3 years as a relationship officer / credit officer / marketing officer in micro banking / financial institutions
