Manufacturing Cost Control Staff
Responsibilities:

  • Calculate budget planning for manufacturing cost
  • Distribute manufacturing cost budget distribution to budget holder
  • Provide gap analysis (comparison between budget & actual expense)
  • Cooperate in basic unit improvement
  • Cooperate in technical improvement
  • Coordinate all members in budget achievement activity


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Has 1 yearexperience in manufacturing (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
  • Age not more than 25 years old.
  • Willing to be placed in Purwakarta.
  • Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
  • Computer literate, mastering office application is a must (excel, power point, etc)
  • Fast learned, able to work as team, can work under pressure, available work overtime, and hard working. 


Call Center
Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and interacting with customer as needed
  • Follow up customer inquiries to internal party
  • Monitor call center in trend
  • Summarise call center activities


Requirements:

  • Single, 25 â€" 35 years old
  • Diploma degree
  • Has more than 1 years experience in the same related field, preferably having customer handling / call center background
  • Have a good interpersonal relationship, good communication skill, able to work in team
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, and hard working
  • Has big interest in automotive


Manufacturing Cost Control Supervisor
Responsibilities:

  • Calculate manufacturing cost budget/forecast/mid-term plan
  • Distribute manufacturing cost budget to each department
  • Make gap analysis (compare budget & actual expense)
  • Control cost in manufacturing and make improvement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or accounting, with GPA min 3.00 out of  4.00
  • Has more than 2 years experience in the same related field
  • Single, Male, Age 22-26 years old
  • Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, more on accuracy, and fully focused on delivering results and challenge
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team
  • Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
  • Computer literate, can work under pressure, available work overtime, and hard working
  • Have big interest in automotive


Aftersales Subject Matter Expert Staff
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis on General Repair, Body Repair Workshop and Supply Chain Break Through
  • Point out problems in the workshop operations and purpose productivity improvement ideas
  • Supervise concrete Kaizen way (on-site) according to the action plans
  • Support Aftersales program


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Fresh graduate.
  • Male/Female, max. 27 years old.
  • Has analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team.
  • Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
  • Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, willing to travelling and available work overtime.
  • Can drive a car.
  • Has knowledge about process flow.
  • Hard working and have big interest in automotive
