Security System Engineer (SECSE)_Cilandak base
Responsibilities :

  • Provide and develop complete solution for security system
  • Develop integrated full security system (Access, CCTV, etc)  as per Project Requirement (Design, Programming, Graphic, Troubleshooting, commissioning, training, maintenance / service)
  • Sales Invoice achievement  (since engineering content is main and biggest portion of project completion)
  • Order achievement support (pre sales support: design)


Requirements :

  • Barchelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Control or Instrument) / IT (Information Technology)
  • Strong in IT background (networking, database, programming in PC level)
  • 4 years engineering experience in Security Technology Industry (Access, CCTV, etc)
  • Having IT (Information Technology) related experience, such as : Networking, High level programming (Visual basic, Delphi, Web programming) & Database SQL
  • Having experience and good knowledge of troubleshooting in security system : CCTV & Access Control
  • Experienced in system estimation & calculation (arrange Bill of  Material & Bill of Quantity) and respond to RFP / RFQ
  • Intensive and full experience on automation system development (software programming, HMI graphic development, hardware/software troubleshooting, commissioning, service and maintenance) using Scada, HMI, DCS, PLC atau DDC is preferable
  • Understand and knows mostly all aspects related to security system
  • Involved directly into project execution as system engineer
  • Having deep understanding, knowledge and experience related to high level programming (Visual basic, etc), Server Administration and Network Administration
  • Able to develop design and solution for customer requirement related with security system
  • Understand  culture and behavior of a EPC company business
  • Able to communicate in English (oral & written)


Control Systems Sales Support (CSSS)_Cilandak base
Responsibilities :

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • handling correspondence, reviewing and distributing sales related documents, creating new sales opportunities, examine client accounts, prepare and distribute financial and sales reports to advise team members.
  • assist sales teams with new ideas and suggestions to achieve their targets.
  • Handle client issues and enquiries
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as accounts, purchasing and despatch
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • Min. 2 years experience in selling field & good knowledge in salesmanship
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team of professionals.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Technical skill on control system (Lighting Control) required,
  • experienced on the same industry is preferable)

Product & Application Engineer for Low Voltage Panel (PAE_LV)
Responsibilities :

  • Mastering product and application of LV Panel
  • Increase product & application competency level
  • Provide pre-sales technical support (designing, offering) to consultant, contractor, panel builder, distributor and business owner
  • Develop partners on product and application
  • Define and implement action plan in-coordination with Marketing
  • Conduct ED product training for business customer
  • Provide demo unit

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
  • Minimum having 2 - 3 years experience in the same position
  • Able to communicate in English and extensive IT system (network, application).
  • Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive,
  • Able to work under pressure & good teamwork.
  • Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider’s products is an advantage


ELECTRICAL SALES SPECIALIST for PHARMACEUTICALS MARKET (ESS_PM) _Jakarta base
Responsibilities :

  • To actively promote Schneider Electric products and solution to Pharmaceuticals and Laboratories segment nationwide
  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • To support and assist either direct approach and/or through channels to engage with the end user,
  • To maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers,
  • To generate offers, follow-up, and secure the orders from customers.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical, or Mechanical / Instruments Engineering,
  • Experiences min. 3 years in selling products and solution, such as: building automation system, HVAC control, lighting control, energy management system, environment monitoring system, electrical distribution components (MV/LV), and power metering,
  • Able to work under pressure and good teamwork
  • Good command in English and computer literate
  • Strong knowledge in leadership, salesmanship, and networking
  • Fast learning, good analytical skills & posses strong drive
  • Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider Electric’s products is an advantage,
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta.


Electrical Sales Engineer for Building Business (BBSE)
Responsibilities :

  • To handle Hotel and or Residential Building Business
  • Make strong positioning at market,
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
  • Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products
  • Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
  • Maintain & develop present and new customer,
  • Understand customers’ requirements and convert to Schneider solution and provide technical solution based on their needs.


Requirements :

  • Degree in electrical / electronics / mechanical / informatics engineering
  • Must have minimum 2-3 years experience in Building Automation as well as electrical competency.
  • Good knowledge on Building Automation System & Energy Management
  • Strong knowledge about Building Market, Security System, CCTV, Access Control, HVAC, Fire Alarm, etc.

Customer Management Marcomm Specialist (CMMS)
Responsibilities :

  • To assist Customer Management team with communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the company's program and events to partners.
  • Receives work assignments from marketing communications manager based on current needs, experience of the specialist and specialist's particular strengths in advertising or communications.
  • Meets with appropriate channel manager to discuss communication needs on each channel
  • Reviews sales & marketing materials in the assigned project, previous materials used in the assignment area, and gathers materials of competitive companies in the field.
  • Researches, writes, develops sketches of supporting graphics, and consults with printing firm representatives on the needs of the particular project. Presents recommendations to marketing manager or committee.
  • May develop and coordinate multimedia packagesâ€"letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displaysâ€"for particular assignments.
  • Develops direct mail programs and monitors roll-out of the campaign and checks for success level at conclusion.
  • Develops draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials and presents to manager for review and approval.
  • Requirements: 
  • A bachelor's degree in journalism, advertising, or communications.
  • Graduate work in journalism preferred.
  • At least five years of solid writing and editing experience, preferably with industrial products.
  • Superior presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
